Required Steps to Complete a Credit Application

In order for United Titanium to extend credit to your business, you must submit a Credit Application and provide all of the necessary information.

Complete all required fields on the Credit Application. Incomplete and/or omitted information will delay the credit review process;

  1. Submit three industry trade references;
  2. Review the Standard Terms and Agreements and check all boxes;
  3. Submit Sales Tax Exemption Certificate(s) for all applicable states;
  4. Sign and date the Credit Application.

Fax the completed Credit Application, Trade References and Sales Tax Exemption Certificate(s) to: (330) 263-1336.

Completed applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days.
